pobble 365 work - stranded

There was a boat but it was broken so they couldn’t use it. They went up onto the island to get to shade the island was covered in trees and I was hot the found a whole bunch of sticks and logs that they could use to build a shelter they also found leaves big wide leaves leaves that provide shade. They tried to build a shelter they managed a tiny shelter that could fit half of them the other  build another one and built one a little to big and that one could fit all of them so they all moved into that one and left the other one for things they may find on the island. Next the went looking for food on the island they found some fruit trees on the island but there was hardly any fruit they took the fruit they already had and left it in the small shelter so they had fruit , they got 8 pineapples and 6 mangos . they knew there was water around the island but they didn’t know that the seawater was bad for them so they started drinking it and fell ill, the three others that didn’t fall in looked nt make them sick they tried every water source on the island and found none that wasn’t seawater when they noticed some steam that they hadn’t seen before they went to check and found some more water they tried it and it tasted great so they drank it and fell asleep the olled in the water while sleeping and drowned while their sick friends grew worse and worse and eventually died wondering where their friends went

Rainsforth Mclauchlan’s house h4as a front paddock and a back paddock. The whole property is two acres.

In the back paddock there are sheep and little baby lambs. There is plenty of grass for the them and fruit as well as trees along the edge of the property on the right hand side. Next to someone else's property on the left at the back there is a little stream and behind that stream is another person’s property.

In the front paddock there are fruit trees-figs, crab apples, chestnuts and more. There are no sheep in this paddock so they have to cut the grass. This paddock is along the front of the property.

Should games be restricted

I do not believe there is any need to restrict violent games.

I spend every weekend playing restricted games and have been playing them for most of my life. They are fun, give you something to do and they can be satisfying. You can level up or get points depending on the game. Some of my favourite games are Call of Duty and Assassin's creed  These are all restricted games. Most games are restricted 16 or 18 but can be 13

Players understand  it's not real life and people know that. It's not like people are going to copy it because most restricted   games have weapons that children couldn’t get like a shotgun.  Children can't get guns and swords, even if they did get swords the police would be told and it would get taken off them so there's no point in having restrictions on games.

Games that are restricted are usually bought for children by their parents or older family members. so there's no point in restricting games if children are just going to get them anyway.

There are non restricted movies more violent then restricted games like call of duty.  Call of duty has hardly any blood in it. It’s only restricted because you kill people in it and there's swearing in it. There's not even that much swearing in it like three swear words in the whole game. It’s not even that bad my mum plays it with me and agrees that it’s not that bad. Why not restrict violent movies instead that's why I think games should not be restricted . I have been playing it since I was 4 my dad didn't care he let me play restricted 18 games when I was 4 my mum let me play a restricted 18 game when I was 6 there are heaps of restricted games that aren't even violent so what is the point in restricting nonviolent games

Even though you could get it from a friend you should get permission from an adult first if you don't then your parents would be angry at you for not asking first but once you've asked you can play them.

Grand theft auto is very violent but it's not like people are going to steal cars just because they did it on games like grand theft auto. They wouldn't try to shoot down helicopters just because they did it on a game why would they copy of a game.

how clouds make rain

clouds form and make rain. Water from rivers, lakes, streams, or oceans evaporates into the air when it is heated up by the sun. As the water vapor rises up in the air, it condenses, or starts to cool down and turns back into a liquid. Then, droplets of water start to stick together as clouds.and water turns into clouds toWhen warm air rises, it expands and cools. Cool air can't hold as much water vapor as warm air, so some of the vapor condenses onto tiny pieces of dust that are floating in the air and forms a tiny droplet around each dust particle. When billions of these droplets come together they become a visible cloud

this is my reading tasks

In what situation does jack find himself in as the novel starts

In the start of the novel jack is camping on the beach at a beach called wetapunga bay and is walking along the coastline. when he finds a dead body being washed up onto the beach, then he finds another dead body, At first he felt like running and getting help but the nearest town was twenty miles away.

Why do you think reverend earnslaw decided to trust jack in chapter eight?

In chapter eight reverend earnslaw trusted jack because the he figures out that the kelpers are after jack so h thinks he can trust him and he helps him  he also shows him the katipos costume and harley davidson motorbike

Choose one of these emotions and find a scene you think reflects it strongly :   Hate Fear Grief Love Joy explain who feels this emotion and why

The emotion I'm choosing is Fear it is jack he feels fear when he finds the two dead bodies he is really scared because he can't get help

Judason big tom jock tanner what are the differences between these characters?
write a short paragraph with examples and quotes for each character. Begin with  an introduction finish with a comparison between the three include how jack feels about each of them by the end of the story

Big tom is a bad person in the story he sees jack and tries to kill him so jack is happy that he won't see him again big tom is very muscular and is ma crocker's son he goes to jail
Judason is a policeman but he helps the kelpers catch  the boats he is kind of a kelper
Reverend earnslaw  takes care of jack when big tom and someone else attacked his camp
Jock tanner is the katipo he defended the place against the raiders then matt uses his costume to scare the kelpers

Create  list of things that go wrong for jack include detail about when where and why
When he finds reverend earnslaw the storm comes and he's only wearing a cotton T-shirt
And threadbare shorts so he was freezing cold and really wanted to get inside

When he tries to sink the fake signal island but the kelpers figure out what he is doing and go to stop him from sinking the island then big tom pulls out a gun And tries to kill him by shooting him

when the book describes big tom it said that big tom has arms like anchor chains when he’d have to have very big arms and long arms.
